Anwyl – Rock Ferry project
Description:- This project involves providing air and sound testing and SAP and EPC Assessments for this large site in Rock Ferry.
Brief:- Anwyl Partnerships are transforming a twenty-acre site the former High School in Rock Ferry which will consist of 84 new homes and 102 extra care apartments.
Our involvement:- After working with Anwyl Partnerships for many years, we have been contracted to carry out air and sound testing in accordance with Approved Document L1A 2016, ADE Part E and Building Control. We initially visited with the site manager in early July 2022 to see how the site was progressing which gave us an idea on timescales for testing. Following on from the air and sound testing being completed, SAP and EPC will be produced for each property. This transformation site is a two years project, involving our input and testing throughout. Testing started in July 2022 and is progressing well.
