Description: Casey contacted Eco Technology as their chosen subcontractor to undertake Air Permeability tests on their New Road – Radcliffe development.
Brief: 5 tests were carried out for the different house types to measures the amount of air that escapes through gaps or air leakage paths throughout the building envelope. The more airtight a building is, the less energy will be wasted through the leakage of heated air.
Our involvement: All plots and tests carried out achieved the target PA required to pass and certificates where issued to Casey.
